Have recent lot survey indicating that the subject is a buildable lot for single family residence. Currently Stelle Ave is a grassy road. County will not be constructing a road. Have had discussions with Seminole County Planning Dept. and they will require lot owner to construct a private driveway - 16 ft.x 100 ft. comprised of either asphalt or concrete. This lot owner will be required to be built in front of of the lot. The home that is currently under construction is responsible for building the driveway from North Street to the end or southern boundary of Lot 3. Have attached a site plan of the current home that is visible from North Street, that depicts the location of driveway which should graphically clarify how the subject lot will be constructed. The lot is zoned R-1 Seminole County.
