Lake Yale Estates is a 55 plus manufactured home community located on the shores of Lake Yale. This is a wonderful community in which to live. The low homeowner's fees of $113/month includes grass cutting, basic cable, dock on the lake, shuffle board, horse shoe pits, BBQ areas, clubhouse, and heated swimming pool & spa. You can fish from the dock and rent a boat dock for a nominal fee. There are various activities organized for those who wish to participate.
