A group of undeveloped lots off S Orlando Ave and Sanford Ave. between W 26th Street and W 27 Street in the Frank L Woodruff subdivision. Three of the lots are at the end of a paved street, with water and sewer. The others will need to be developed with streets, water and sewer. Number of buildable lots yet to be determined, but some that are built on are 50 X 127+or --. Checking with Seminole County as to responsibility and future plans for streets and utilities.
