13-acres of land in Bexley has been set aside for a new 1,000-student elementary school currently known as Elementary School B. Construction is expected to begin June 2016 and to be complete by the 2017-18 school year. The new school will be on the east side of Ballantrae Boulevard at Tower Road across from this site.

The daycare site is not subject to CDD debt assessments; but is subject to CDD O&M assessments. FY 2016/2017 is estimated to be $755/year; subject to change per final CDD budget. Annual O&M budget includes storm water management, common area landscaping and street lighting.

The Bexley Community is located in Pasco County, approximately 20 miles north of Tampa. The 1,700-acre community is planned for approximately 1,200 homes and includes a mix of office, commercial, multifamily, townhomes, and a variety of single-family homes. Bexley is scheduled to open for home sales late in 2016, and will join three other successful Newland communities currently being developed in Tampa including FishHawk Ranch, MiraBay® and Waterset®.
