38' A-3 Boat Dock will accommodate a boat up to 40' with approved variances. Please verify maximum beam with marina staff. The A- Dock has a great western exposure with river views- no boats on the west side of the dock. The marina has a full time staff during the week, with a fuel dock with gas and diesel, pump out near the slip, laundry and showers. Concrete floating docks with electricity. Condo Association Fee is $ 290.00/month and includes use of Marina Center. Application fee is $ 100.00, once, non-residents pay $ 186.00 annually to the Master Association for community access. Gulf Harbour Marina is on the intracoastal waterway approx. 5 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. Dock-A is currently in the Gulf Harbour Marina rental pool.
