Great Seminole location. Nice corner lot with large yard with a nice in-ground pool and spa. This one has a great floor plan and has 3 bedrooms and 3 FULL BATHS! The interior needs some work,,,mostly cosmetic, but all of the big stuff is good so you will be way ahead in the long run. The ac unit is roughly 7 years old, the home is older, but the pool is only 10 years old and the new roof was installed in August 2017. Yes...it has a brand new roof. Don't let this one get away.
