This pull in lot facing the morning sun, will allow you to watch the wildlife in the pond located at the back of the lot. It comes fully furnished and is move in ready , with a living room featuring a tray ceiling, full bathroom, and laundry room. We are a Class A and Super C resort located in Webster FL approximately an hour from both Orlando and Tampa. All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups. Each lot is landscaped, however owners have ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board. We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort. Florida Grande is not a 55+ resort, and there is no age restriction on a coach. The resort has a 6 person occupancy limit per site (more can visit for 48 hours or less) and a 2 pet limit per site (no Pit Bulls, Dobermans, or Rottweilers). Ownership has fully deeded lots so each lot has its own unique mailing address. Mail can be received by USPS at each individual’s box in the mailroom at the clubhouse or through delivery companies such as UPS and FedEx directly to your site. Kroger grocery delivery also delivers directly to each site. Additionally, owners have the ability to add a 12X32 Grande Suite on their lot if they choose. Each Grande Suite has a living area, full bath, and laundry/storage area. POA dues are $640/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at dumpster, sprinkler system, water, sewer, and access to our 20,000 sq ft clubhouse and pool. Electric is metered individually to each owner. The clubhouse features a laundry room, fitness center, library, and office area with free wi-fi, craft room, a billiard room. The Grande Room is great for entertainment and pot- luck dinners. You can take part in all the daily and weekly activities here such as playing pickleball on our new courts, yoga, doing arts and crafts, line dancing, quilting and playing cards. The activities committee has entertainment scheduled all through the winter season from comedians to concerts. Food trucks come monthly, and dinners are a regular occurrence. Happy hour every Friday at the clubhouse is also a favorite gathering time in the neighborhood.
