This pull-in lot with 32x12 Grande Suite is located in the perfect spot for anyone wanting to be close to the pool, clubhouse, and pickle ball courts. It comes fully furnished, and the west facing view gives you spectacular sunsets. All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups. Each lot is landscaped, however owners have ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board. We are a family-friendly and pet-friendly (2 pets max) resort. Ownership has fully deeded lots so each lot has its own unique mailing address. Mail can be received by USPS at each individual’s box in the mailroom at the clubhouse or through delivery companies such as UPS and FedEx directly to your site. POA dues are $640/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at dumpster, water, sewer. Electric is metered individually to each owner. You will have access to Florida Grande’s 20,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a laundry room, fitness center, library, and office area with free wi-fi, craft room, a billiard room. The Grande room is great for entertainment, pot- luck dinners. You can take part in all the activities here, playing pickleball on our new courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, doing arts and craft, line dancing, quilting and playing cards.
