The community is in a great location close to I-75 and Lakewood Ranch there are many shopping venues in this area from restaurants and even a Public's Supermarket at the entrance it is very convienent. Golf on this unit is not mandatory making it very much more attractive. You can join if you want but are not compelled to all of the fee's that come with it.The Preserves course is open to the public as well or Tara is available as a private club.
