Gulf side meals are a year-round treat. Eventually you will turn around and notice the lovely open concept boasting NEW kitchen appliances in 2019 and 2020. The bronze microwave has two levels with convection cooking. The three shelved oven is also convection. The whisper quiet dishwasher has three levels and adjusts to meet your cleaning needs. The side by side fridge filters water and provides crushed or cubed ice. (It also keeps food cold without electricity for 24 hours). The solid counter-tops have a sandy, beach like appearance which is maintenance free and looks great. You will enjoy doing dishes at the double sink with garbage disposal as you look out onto the Gulf of Mexico. A plentiful pantry closet is another bonus. Just beyond the pantry is the full guest bath with tastefully tiled tub/shower combo. The guest suite is the only room with a pond view, all other rooms have full gulf views. It was recently painted. You’ll notice all rooms have sturdy, stylish solid surface floors. In addition to spectacular views, the location of “The Turtle House” is secluded and serene. It is off the grid from the main traffic flow of the resort. As you make your way to the updated master, you will pass your owner’s closet if you’re thinking of a rental property investment. A calming color was selected for the walls to bring the outdoor feel inside. You may also be drawn to go outside directly from the master to the cozy deck. You will notice new blinds and luxury vinyl tile floor planks in the master. It is large enough for a king size bed and sitting area or office. As you move to the master bath you will enter the walk-thru double-sided closet. The master bath with double sinks also has a stylish wall to wall tiled shower with glass enclosure. Upgraded lighting and 5 ceiling fans compliment the beach cottage decor. Walk out to the beach along the seawall which protects against storm surge.
