The ECAP district is also subject to applicable standards of the airport protection and land use compatibility overlay code of 3-9-63.(b)Definitions. In the absence of a definition, words, terms, and phrases shall have the meaning ascribed to them in 3-9-2. In the event of a conflict between these meanings and meanings provided elsewhere in the Code, the meanings provided in this shall prevail.
