Roof was replaced around 2010. Interior has been remodelled. The floor tile in the formal living, dining, kitchen, family room and the entrance hallways was replaced a few years ago with Italian porcelain tile. The porcelain tile has very clean edges making for very small grout lines. The tile looks as new as when it was first installed. Kitchen was completely remodelled with new cabinets, granite counters, appliances, sink, faucets, etc. The granite counters are Black opal with tiny gold flecks. All cabinet knobs were custom fabricated with the same granite as the counters. The refrigerator is counter depth, meaning it does not jut out beyond the counter.
Master bathroom was also remodelled around 2011. It has frameless glass shower enclosure, new granite counters, sinks, cabinets, and all plumbing. All plumbing fixtures are Kohler.
