I am old and have seen a lot of birthdays but would like to see more. I just need someone to fix me up and I will be as good as new. I am 2 bedrooms. (both need paint and 1 needs a closet door.) I have one full bath (color dated )and a half bath . My living room is combined with the dining room and needs paint. My kitchen needs more attention. old planking floor must come up, need range hood, cab doors, etc. The whole home flooring is terrazzo that must be scraped to remove the old carpet residue and tacking. The outside needs pressure wash, paint and some wood rot repair, and yard cleanup. There is a small enclosed room off of the dining area that needs work too. I have a covered patio in rear and a little she shed. My laundry area is under the carport in an enclosed room with washer/dryer/freezer. My roof is 12 years old, and my air conditioning is 5 years old. I am ready for new life..Come see me today
