I'm a Super Home at a Super Price. I have new carpeting, new kitchen appliances, a 2 year new a/c with an Ultra Violet germ resistant filter. My eat-in kitchen is fantastic; it's open to the spacious family room, has lots of ceramic counter top with a built-in cutting board, and my newly refaced cabinets have pull-out drawers and lazy susans.
