Home needs some improvements! However some double pane windows have been installed, electrical panel with breakers has been installed. Bathroom has been remodeled and the 2nd bedroom has been nicely done with laminate floors etc. Very nice back porch overlooking a good size backyard with large shed. There is also a front porch. Propane gas water heater recently replaced. Very spacious laundry room with extra toilet replaced! The second bedroom does not have a closet!
