Someone else to cut the grass. Check! Minutes to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and downtown. Check, check, check, and check! It's like having my own house, right on the lake without the lawn and exterior maintenance that goes with it. Wow! There's nothing else out there quite like this! How did I almost miss this one?
