Nice property, recently cleared and leveled and ready to farm or fence for cattle (cleared, but not planted in grass). Canal for irrigation at N side of property. This was previously a citrus grove. The area is now a combination of grove, farmland, pasture, recreational use, and some residential. Good for a small farm, ranch or getaway. Lots of wildlife in the area. There is electric along the canal at the rear of the property. Photos were taken while property was being cleared. 

Property is in the Gerber Water District, and part of the property taxes are for Gerber Groves Water Control. The water district maintains the canals and roads.
