Renovated first floor unit (think: aging challenges, now or later). Property backs to the Royal Palm Country Club but without the high fees. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths; plenty of space for guests and quiet enough with the split floor plan. Re-grouted tile through out. Everything is less than 2 years old: fridge, garbage disposal, oven, black granite sink with high arc faucet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, water heater, cabinets, countertops, toilets, fans, front entry storm door, glass shower door, wood blinds, shutters, lanai screening....and a twin wood bunk bed with never used memory foam. The countertops are colorful "granicrete" (a combo of granite and concrete) which I like very much....but to be honest, I didn't like the outcome of the granicrete flooring in the bathrooms. I stopped short of new air-conditioning only because the association refused my request to put a jacuzzi on the lanai; hence, my reason to leave. Also, your car will be completely covered in "tunnel" parking.
