Short Sale; approval of the seller's lender(s) may be conditioned upon the gross commission being reduced, any reduction of the gross commission will be apportioned (50%/50%)split between listing and cooperating Brokers. There will be due at closing a third party negotation fee of $995 to be paid by Lender and/or Buyer.
