Great home, price below market.. there is no other home in this condition, with a hugh oversize block garage, and two carport. everything was redone in the last 10 years. except for the roof which is a 30 year roof and its 20 years old. has at least 5-6 years left. no leaks..all engineer wood floors in bedroom, and tile in main area. no carpets.
