Each lot is landscaped, however owners have the ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board. We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort (2 pet maximum). POA dues are $843/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at the dumpster, water, sewer, and access to our 20,000 sq ft clubhouse , pickleball courts, and pool. USPS comes to the mailroom in the clubhouse. Other delivery providers such as UPS, FedEx, and Amazon deliver directly to your lot. Additional services such as Kroger and Schwan’s also deliver directly to your lot. Beyond POA dues, electricity, and internet, the only other occurring fees involved with the property are property taxes.
