Home in need of Repair. Home has been vandalized. All electrical wires have been cut &/or are missing. Water equipment as well as AC unit is missing. Cooper lines are missing as well as a/c return and supply vents. Walls are damaged. All appliances are missing. Roof needs to be repaired due to a tree that fell on roof. Rugs need to be replaced as it has water damage as well as mold. See attached Proposal from local contractor for estimate of repairs.
