The current homeowners designed and built this home in 2003. As an Architect and Interior Designer this venture gave the Owners the opportunity to design and furnish a villa retreat that maximized the lot's conservation views. They wanted an open floor plan that is great for entertaining and that could accommodate spacious outdoor living.
