CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN but not close to the cost of downtown! Fantastic location, close to everything and for a price that can't be beat! This lovely two bedroom, two bath, 2nd floor end unit will not last long at this price. Needs a little tender loving care but nothing new carpets or some fresh paint couldn't fix right up. Great community with a pool, common room and BBQ area. Hurry up!
