Briar Patch is a beautiful 55 and over maintenance free community with very low fees! This attached villa boasts high ceilings with an open feel! It is recently updated in the kitchen and bathrooms and is certain not to disappoint. It has been very well maintained by the owners and is ready for its new owner! Many furnishings have been left as well as every day items such as silverware and such so you can almost move right in! It has also been modified to allow for wheelchair access for those that require it. The master bathroom door has been widened and the shower is easy to roll right into. I personally witnessed the owner move about the entire unit in a standard wheelchair without any issues. The roof, the paint and exterior, as well as grass and standard landscaping is taken care of by the HOA...and trash is also included all for a low monthly fee of $140!!! There is also a community pool, how awesome is that? This is also one of the few rows of homes in here that has a backyard as you can see in the pictures. Unfortunately no dogs are allowed in this community however, 2 inside cats are acceptable. (Please verify with HOA)
