The master bedroom ceiling is pecky cypress. Most other wood in the house is knotty alder. Most of the tile is Santillo tile hand made in Mexico. The master bath has travertine tile, 2 vanities, a tub and separate shower stall. The base boards and molding were all custom cut on site. The fully equipped kitchen has a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf 6 burner gas range, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, prep island and large walk in pantry. There is a heated salt pool with spa and fully equipped summer kitchen with gas fryers, burners and hood. The property has county water with an irrigation well, whole house generator, in wall pest defense, security system and a 3 car garage. All interior doors are solid knotty alder. The custom double front door is 2.25 inch solid cypress.
