Rarely available private dock! Exclusive to Park Shore property owners, Boat Slip 11 North is the only boat slip with a private dock at both The Venetian Bay Yacht Club North and South. Boat Slip 11 North can accommodate larger boats with easy in-and-out access to the private dock and a highly desired end location along the seawall next to the parking lot. There is ample parking for loading and unloading. Boat Slip 11 has a prime location close to the Park Shore Marina for fuel or bait, Venetian Village, and just two miles to Gulf access through Doctors Pass. In 2015 all pilings were re-wrapped plus clamps, stringers and X-Braces were repaired or replaced where needed. In October 2016, all planking was replaced and secured with stainless steel screws. In addition, the city has identified loading zones for the dock areas which are identified by signs and will also be marked with painted lines.
