Unit is ready for immediate occupancy. Entire unit was just painted, all new carpet just installed and a new refrigerator installed. The AC unit (both inside and out) is brand new - just installed. There is nothing you will need to do. Full unit hurricane shutters are in the Florida Room storage closet and there is pull down stairs in the Florida room for some attic storage. This community offers a van for those that do not drive and need to go to the grocery store etc.(small fee). No pets allowed with the exception of a certified dog or cat. Interviews are mandatory but you will not be disappointed.
