Truly affordable Florida living!! This unit could use some love but it has a new central heat and air unit, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 1/2 bath, nice large lanai, oversized carport with lots of storage room too! This park is a share owned park so the monthly fee is very reasonable ($126.00 per month) but that includes water, sewer, garbage and lawn service!! Hurry on this one - they don't last long in this park!
