Electric and Water is included. Venetian Bay Yacht Club recently renovated the docks to include synthetic decking. Slip 28 is the first slip off the sidewalk and has plenty of shade in the afternoon. After a day on the boat, the Venetian Village is a short walk down the street where you can enjoy a good meal or drinks with friends.
