Well-maintained duplex close to Boston Ave Elem.. Unit on north side completely remodeled w/ paint & carpet - ready for rental. Unit on south side is rented to same tenant for past 5 years w/ lease 12/07. Rent will go to $600 - tenant wants to stay.The north side of this duplex is now vacant after being occupied for about 7 years by the same tenant, It has been completely renovated and ready for a new tenant. They did not want to re-rent unless a new owner wanted to do that themselves. The unit on the south side has been occupied by the same tenant for the past 5 years and they have not raised the rent. The tenant was advised that her rent will go up to $600.00 the end of her lease period which is 12/07. Please feel free to show the vacant sideany time, but must have an appointment for the south side. Only show the south side if the buyer has seen the north side and has an interest.
