This home was inspected by a regular inspector and he indicated Chinese Drywall. Unbenown to me my previous tenants had a Chinese drywall inspection done by specifically drywall inspectors. They came out with their report stating there is definitely no Chinese drywall in the house. That report is attached.
During the period of last offer and closing the Water equipment was stolen with a police report.
