Beach is just a couple blocks away. Outside grill available. Close to Publix, shops, restaurants, etc. Take the elevator to the top floor (2nd above parking garage). This condo is a spacious 2BR/2BA has an updated kitchen with beautiful maple cabinets, several pull out drawers (even under sink) & pantry, lazy Susan. The stove vents outside (maybe only one that does per seller). Granite counters and pass through window. Kitchen sink was moved in front of pass through so you can see the bay while using the sink. There is room in the kitchen for dinette set. Kitchen faucet just replaced. Several residents have added washer & dryer in the units. There is a community laundry room too. Water heater is 1996, guest toilet and dishwasher need replacing. This is a diamond in the rough. It does need TLC, but the value is in the view.
