38' I-12 will accommodate a boat up to 40'10" with approved variance. Beam is 13'11". Close to Harbour Landings, Paramount and The Shores. Concrete floating docks with electricity. The marina has a pump out near each slip, a fuel dock with gas and diesel, laundry, showers and full time staff. The Gulf Harbour Marina is actually on the Intracoastal Waterway about 5 miles to the Gulf Of Mexico. Most of the beam advertised is beam obtained by Marina Staff with a laser gun and not as stated per original developer WCI however a few slips have not been re-measured so developer beam is advertised. Some have found the beam to be less than stated and some more, it is recommended that all buyers verify if this is an issue.
