The Once Upon A Time House” or “The Story Book House” It would take pages to tell all that was done in the complete remodel of this home in 2005 and 2006. The project took 15 months of constant work. The home was featured in a story in the same Newspaper that the story of the Buc’s winning super bowl in—a Monday. The design was done to look like a “Hansel and Gretel” cottage with unique shutter and soffit designs and other “gingerbread.” Realtors and lookers have said it was the cutest and cleanest home they had ever seen. In addition to the complete redo of the inside and outside of house — with new electric and plumbing and roof— a mother-in-law apartment was added, so home could function 2 different ways if desired. All new fixtures of every kind were added and even the workshop was redone. A deck and an outside laundry sink and outside shower were added. A very comfortable and cute front porch was added with alum. decorator fence with Alum. patio furniture. Two keyless entries for separate entrances were added. A wall-mural was hand painted in 2 bedrooms by a renowned local artist. One painting is called “Stairway to Heaven.” A fold-down ironing board added to the very nice sewing/laundry room with large cabinets with counter-top for folding and/or projects. 2 large closets located in back full bathroom— both were new. All maintained to perfection as house was used lightly and empty 8 months of each of the years since remodel. House can be left completely furnished for 7500.00.
