In 1989, the 2nd story sleeping porch was enclosed to enhance the master suite. This home boasts a newly updated kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, formal dining & living rooms & wood burning fireplace. This 1914 home is surely to delight the historic enthusiast. Originally from Brighton, England, Mr. Ackroyd moved to Toronto & then landed in DeLand. He also supervised the construction of the historical DeLand Memorial Hospital located on Stone Street.
