It's small but the location sure is good. A short walk to all the cool stuff on Central Ave. Park across the street. Needs work but updates were done in 2015 that include mechanicals (electric, plumbing, HVAC), windows, kitchen, bath, roof. Tented in 2016. Pretty cheap for St Pete!
