Pool home on large lot on a quiet street, in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood? The location, close to Christina Park is super convenient to so many things. Home has a 3 year old roof, and all new double pane insulated vinyl windows 3 years ago, plus the pool was re-screened 3 years ago. Home painted inside and out, all new base & trim, all new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, LED lighting throughout the house, all flooring has been redone with either engineered wood(bedrooms & closets), or porcelain tile(throughout the rest). Bathrooms have been remodeled. Plus new Energy Star stainless steel appliances, and more cabinets were added to the kitchen/dining area. The laundry is now separated from the garage, with a 2nd fridge, and vinyl flooring. Cabinets added in laundry & garage, new insulated garage door and new GD opener can be synced with car. My favorite thing though was the lanai and the pool. The lanai & pool saw a LOT of me & my laptop & phone. The structural wood supports for the screen enclosure on the lanai were replaced with heavy duty construction aluminum. New drain lines were installed for the laundry and kitchen sink drains. Hated to leave, I loved this house, the neighborhood, my neighbors, and the location, I already miss it terribly. But my husband wanted to retire in the Panhandle because he wanted to be closer to family and the fishing he knows and loves(in that boat in the pictures). Seller is a licensed Realtor, and this is My listing.
