Super Cute 1/1 with bonus room that has a Murphy bed to accommodate guest. This is a 55+, however if you are not 55yrs old you can still buy in here. You just can't live in it permanently. But you can rent it out when you are not enjoying it for yourself. It feels like you are out in the middle of wilderness with the river and the forrest. But jump on Hwy 40 and go just 7 miles and everything you want is there. Enjoy the day kayaking from Silver Springs Park take the river down stream you can pull your kayak out here at the resort. There are Jeep trails minutes away. One of my favorites is Hard Rock Motto Cross track just 15 minutes away. Fine dining and all that historic downtown Ocala has to offer is just minutes away.
