If you've always wanted a pony and a white rail fence to keep it safe and corralled, this isn't the house. The fence is sturdy, but not pony proof. Aside from that, what is not to like? Two very nice sized bedrooms and a bath with new fixtures. Many updates in 2015 including roof, windows, HVAC, mechanicals. Great house in great location. See it and you'll love it. A few caveats however.... first, listing agent does not work with buyers... if you are a buyer, you rock, but find an agent to show you and submit offer.
