This is a very nice neighborhood. Even though the homes are older, you can see the pride of ownership here. This home is very well maintained and updated. The roof was replaced in 2005, the a/c 6 months ago. The entry through a paver courtyard, leads to alarge foyer between the formal living and dining rooms. Laminate flooring through most of the house leads to the family room and screen patio. The kitchen and baths are ceramic tiled and the fully equipped kitchen has corian counters and a breakfast bar.The master has a sitting area/vanity and walk in closet. All 4 bedrooms have nice neutral carpet. There is crown molding throughout. The back yard is very spacious and lush, completely fenced, and even has a fruit tree. It won't last long. Rug in livingroom does not convey. Freezer and unattached cabinets in garage do not convey.
