The French Doors caught his eye leading him out to the patio with the HUGE fenced (PVC) back yard with a patio floor of new pavers, plenty of room for grilling and for his Lab to run around the yard! “And did you see this 2 Car Garage?” she asked ….His head snapped around so quick he didn’t even hear her pointing out the NEW roof (2014), newer windows, 3 Bedrooms and updated bathrooms! “We don’t even need flood insurance” she said “and we are only a bike ride to downtown!” If only falling in love could be THIS easy….
