OK, so I have been through a lot & I need a new owner to love me. I am not perfect but a great home with all the perks like garden tub, his and her walk-in closets, granite counter tops, kitchen island, 2 closet pantries, designer lighting over island, Huge living room with niches, sconces, and cathedral ceiling, tile entry, laminate wood floor and elegant archways. Oh, did I mention I was built in 2005 and have block and stucco construction. I also have a formal dining or family room, which ever your need is, with plant shelves and a wonderful cover porch outback with seating for many. My back yard is fenced and need some attention along with the white picket fence around my front yard. I do presently have some flaws but with your love and attention youcould bring me back to my original luster.
