This one bedroom, one bath villa is in a great 55+ community. It is close to the pool, clubhouse and marina. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy along with having a good time. The villa itself needs to be painted, needs new flooring as well as new kitchen appliances. It has a new roof put on in May of 2017, it was also replumbed in Nov of 2014. The community is 6.4 miles from the downtown Bayfront and 2 miles to Siesta Key. They have a Boating group along with a Golf Group, you can play 9 or 18 holes. They have a Shuffleboard Tournament every year followed by an Awards Luncheon. Every night but Saturday evening is a card or board game taking place somewhere; either at the Clubhouse or at someone's home. They hope to add a Pickle Ball Court and a Bocce Court in the near future. The Clubhouse has a large meeting/party room with some type of party taking place once a week during the fall, winter and part of the spring season. There are two sauna's, two exercise rooms, 1 billiard table and dart board. There's a line dancing class, 2 exercise classes along with pool exercises. Very active community. Boat dock fees are only $210 a year and best of all you can have 2 pets but they must be 15" or less at the shoulder. Ignore pet size small on print out. The community only cares if the dog is 15" or less at the shoulder. They are not interested in its weight. Lot's of local shopping and a few restaurants in the area so you can beat the location.
