This just happens to be in probably one of the best locations in the community to reside in. The condo is a ground floor corner unit with a private back and side yard due to the location. Please look at pictures. This unit has been remodeled with wonderful results. When it comes to keeping a place model/showroom condition it does help to have an OCD seller :-). All new stainless steel appliances, new granite countertop, all new tiles in all rooms, too much to list. 2 car garage with the longest driveway I have seen on townhouses. The community is centrally located and you can get in and out via two entrances and exits.
