This is a great location. In close proximity to the beaches and downtown. There are two living area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the top floor and there is one bedroom and one bathroom on the buttom floor with it's own entrance. The bottom floor is tiled the top floor has laminate flooring and tile flooring. This unit has great potential and should not last long at this price.
