Newer home that needs TLC on quiet street. A/C system & water filter system not functioning, some appliances not functioning, tile in living area but other areas flooring needs replacing. Being sold "as is" & must have 24 hours notice as there are 2 dogs in the property. WIll have time delays due to short sale.
