Condo living at its best. Genesis Point is a small condo community located south of Lake Wales, near Warner International University. The community is made up of 12 residential buildings each with 4 units and each with a carport for covered parking. The clubhouse has a large gathering area, kitchen, restrooms, shuffleboard and a heated inground pool. This particular unit is near the clubhouse and is in great condition. Genesis Pt is a maintenance free community, with the exception of the interior of each unit. The monthly fees include water, sewer and trash pickup. No pets allowed in the community though. Genesis Pt is located 20 minutes from Bok Tower, 30 minutes from LegoLand Florida, and 1.5 hours to the beaches on either coast.
