The naming of Doctors Pass is said to have had its origin in a sailing tragedy in the early 1900's when a sailboat sank in its waters. Aboard were a doctor & several companions. He tried to save one gentleman by lashing him to the mast of the capsized boat, but the man died of exposure the next day. The doctor - whose name remains shrouded in mystery - was the only survivor. This event became so implanted in early residents' minds that eventually the inlet became known as Doctors Pass. Today, Doctors Pass can be yours for keeps when you own this charming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath sixth floor condominium. The south view of the Pass & Gulf is exquisite. Nicely updated and turnkey furnished.
