Brand new carpet was put in upstairs, it so soft it feels like clouds between your toes. There are 2 separate master bedrooms with each having a bathroom. Live in one and have a roommate in the other and still have lots of privacy. Outside you have 2 assigned parking spots and you can also cool off in the community pool.
